Riscontro sulla presentazione del 27.9.2019 a Locarno concernente il 75esimo anniversario della Repubblica Partigiana dell’Ossola.

Abbiamo avuto ieri venerdi 27.9.2019 il privilegio di avere una sala piena presso la biblioteca cantonale di Locarno – palazzo Morettini, con circa 70 persone. Alcune delle quali non hanno potuto purtroppo trovare posto per sedersi.

La serata è iniziata con l’introduzione da parte del Direttore Vassere, responsabile delle Biblioteche Cantonali del Canton Ticino. Marino Vigano ha potuto fare un breve contesto storico generale. Un contributo molto interessante ed esaustivo. Pier-Antonio Ragozza ha poi concettualizzato quella che viene chiamata la “Repubblica Partigina dell’Ossola”. Anche qui, una presentazione molto interessata, che ha saputo dare un’idea di tutto quello che in meno di 40 giorni è stato fatto da questo governo partigiano.

Raphael Rues di Insubrica Historica, ha poi terminato la serata presentando dei dettagli sulle truppe tedesche e fasciste nella regione dell’Ossola e Lago Maggiore. Una presentazione tecnica che ha spiegato in maniera succinta chi fossero le truppe tedesche e fasciste impiegate nella regione. La serata, molto piacevole secondo i riscontri raccolti dai partecipanti, è terminata con un aperitivo.

Ancora un caloroso grazie allo staff della biblioteca cantonale di Locarno per l’organizzazione, come pure all’Antenna Ticinese dei Verbanisti per aver unitamente alla Biblioteca Cantonale di Locarno permesso che questa serata commemorativa del 75esimo anniversario, sia stato un vero successo per tutti.

Yesterday, Friday 27.9.2019, we had the privilege of having a full room, with about 70 participants. Some of whom unfortunately could not find a place to sit. The evening began with the introduction by the Director Stefano Vassere, responsible for the Cantonal Libraries of the Canton of Ticino. Marino Viganò was able to make a brief general historical context. A very interesting and exhaustive contribution. Pier-Antonio Ragozza then conceptualized what is called the “Partisan Republic of Ossola”. Here too, a very interesting presentation, which gave a concise and precise dimension of all that has been done by this government in less than 40 days. Raphael Rues of Insubrica Historica, then ended the evening by presenting details of the German and Fascist troops in the Ossola and Lake Maggiore region. Gestern, Freitag 27.9.2019, hatten wir das Privileg, ein volles Saal mit ca. 70 Personen zu haben. Einige von ihnen konnten gar leider keinen Platz zum Sitzen finden. Der Abend begann mit der Einführung durch den Direktor Stefano Vassere, der für die Kantonsbibliotheken des Kantons Tessin zuständig ist. Marino Vigano konnte einen kurzen allgemeinen historischen Kontext herstellen. Ein sehr interessanter und ausführlicher Beitrag. Pier-Antonio Ragozza präsentiert dann das, was als “Partisanenrepublik Ossola” bezeichnet wird. Auch hier ein sehr interessanter Vortrag zu was diese Regierung in weniger als 40 Tagen geleistet hat. Raphael Rues von Insubrica Historica, schloss den Abend mit einer Präsentation der deutschen und faschistischen Truppen in der Regionen Ossola und Lago Maggiore. Eine technische Präsentation, die kurz erklärte, wer die deutschen und faschistischen Truppen in der Region waren.
